This website located at www.bsrmhr.com, and any associated websites (collectively the Site), is provided by Business Savvy Risk Management (BSRM) for the exclusive use of clients of Universal Business Team (Australian and New Zealand) (UBT). The Site is the property of BSRM. These Terms of Use apply to the Site, the Content (defined below) and any documents or materials found on the Site (collectively the Documents). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use you are not entitled to use the Site.

BSRM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, BSRM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively the Content), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of the Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to BSRM and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

The Documents found on the Site (other than legislation and related documents) are the sole intellectual property of BSRM and may not be copied or distributed to any other individual, business or entity without the written consent of BSRM. The Documents provided in PDF format are controlled copies of BSRM documentation. The Documents provided in Word format are able to be modified by clients of BSRM or UBT, and are therefore uncontrolled copies of BSRM documentation. BSRM does not accept any responsibility for content of the uncontrolled documentation accessed or altered by clients of BSRM or UBT.

BSRM owns and retains ownership of all intellectual property rights throughout the world whether existing now or in the future, and whether registered, unregistered or registrable (including but not limited to design, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, business, company or domain names, know how, inventions, processes, confidential information (whether in writing or recorded in any form) and any other proprietary, licence or personal rights arising from intellectual activity in the business, industrial, scientific or artistic fields) in and relating to the Site, the Content, Documentation and related software and all customizations, enhancements, improvements, translations, derivative works or other modifications thereof or thereto. The Site, the Content, Documentation and related software, and all other proprietary information provided by BSRM hereunder contain and constitute trade secrets, information and data proprietary to and copyrighted by BSRM. Nothing herein operates to give any person any licence, title, interest or other right in relation to the intellectual property of BSRM.

Privacy Policy

Certain features or services offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and access code). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your access code, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify BSRM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or access code, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by BSRM or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your ID, access code or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.

You may not use anyone else's ID, access code or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that ID, access code or account. BSRM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Subscription and Prices

In order to use the Site you must, and you agree to, pay a 12 month subscription fee to BSRM. This entitles you to access to the Site for 12 months after you commence your subscription. This subscription fee can be paid by way of a single lump sum payment prior to you using the Site, or by way of 12 equal individual monthly payments (i.e. each payment representing 1/12th of the total subscription fee).

You agree that if you decide not to continue using the Site within 12 months from commencement of your subscription, or BSRM prevent you for using the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, you must, and you agree to, pay to BSRM any amount of the 12 month subscription fee that remains outstanding to BSRM at the time you ceased using the Site or were prevented from using the Site.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of certain Documents, goods or services and to specific portions or features of the Site, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms posted for or applicable to a specific portion of the Site or for any service offered on or through the Site, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Site or the specific service.

BSRM's and BSRM's obligations, if any, with regard to its Documents, goods and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on this Site should be construed to alter such agreements.

BSRM may make changes to any Documents, goods or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such goods or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to Documents, goods and services may be out of date, and BSRM makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such Documents, goods and services

Subscription Terms & Timeframe

As a client of BSRM you have been provided with access to the Site by way of an access code. This code is provided by BSRM upon receipt of payment and subscription approval.

Access is restricted to current clients of BSRM. You are not permitted to provide your access code to the Site to any other individual, business or entity without the written consent of BSRM.

You may not use any automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any Documents or other materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. BSRM reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site. You acknowledge and agree that the unauthorized disclosure, use or copying of the Site, Content, Documentation and related software may cause BSRMserious financial loss. Accordingly, in the event of any unauthorized disclosure, use or copying of the Site, Content, Documentation, or related software, BSRM shall have the right to seek damages, injunctive or other equitable relief.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other customer of BSRM, including any account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to BSRM on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity (including BSRM).

You may not use the Site or any Content or Documentation for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to ask for the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of BSRM or others.

Refund Policy

The subscriber has a seven (7) day cooling off period in which they have an unconditional right to cancel the contract. Written confirmation within this period must be received to be valid.

Any claim received outside the seven day cooling off period shall not be valid and will not be considered by the BSRM.
